Return and Refund Policy
At Kloke Studio, each product is thoughtfully created by independent brands we collaborate with. Due to the nature of our platform, we do not offer refunds on any products sold.
Size Exchanges
We understand how important the right fit is. If your item doesn’t fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within 72 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with the respective brand to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Requests raised after this timeframe may not be accommodated.
Some brands may offer a complimentary first pickup and alteration service. Any additional alterations (up to one garment) may be charged a standard fee of ₹300, with charges varying for multiple garments depending on the brand.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. All returns are subject to a quality check by the brand. Exchanges will only be processed if the product passes this check.
Kloke Studio is not liable for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.
Availability
All exchanges are subject to stock availability with the respective brand. If the requested size is unavailable, we will assist you with alternative options or provide store credit for future purchases.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 10–14 working days across India, depending on the brand and location.

By limiting returns, we support a more mindful approach to fashion—reducing waste, overproduction, and environmental impact.
